Title: Filling Santa's Shoe
An ornament for cat lovers. When I got this Santa boot, it was a very dull red. I gave the entire boot several coats of fresh paint then sealed it with polyurethane. Next I glued a piece of plaid, fabric ribbon to the inside. Then the real fun began - filling the boot.
The Black and white cat gave up it's role of a finger puppet to become the focal point of this ornament. He put on a santa hat. Also in the shoe, is a pipe cleaner candy cane (one of my cats who happens to be black and white loves pushing pipe cleaners across the floor), a felt ball, wrapped package and box of Purina Cat Chow.
This unique ornament could be a fun gift for someone who shares their home with a cat. Or, of course, a gift to yourself if you know the value of sharing your life with a feline.
