Yogi Bear is a cartoon I watched as a child so I was excited to find this figurine and then transform it into a Knackcraft, one-of-a-kind, ornament.
Yogi used to always steal picnic baskets. Well, there aren't a lot of picnic baskets at Christmas time in Jellystone. Santa knows that and he gave Yogi the perfect Christmas present - a picnic basket full of goodies! See the gingerbread man cookie sticking out.
Yogi, being smarter than the average bear, is headed to one of the hot springs so he can enjoy his present in a warmer area.
Yogi delayed starting his hibernation until after Christmas. Like all of us, he looks forward to the magic of the season. As soon as he eats his present, he'll settle down for a long winter's nap.
The base is wood. The top is covered with True Snow. On the bottom is a picture of a hot spring. Washi tape is wrapped around 3 sides. Plastic letters spell out Jellystone on the front. The gift tag and signage are printed on cardstock. The picture, sign, tag and washi tape are sealed with decoupage.
