One-of-a-Kind, handcrafted vintage style Christmas Santa ornament.
As much as I tend to craft ornaments that are a little quirky, I am also drawn to vintage and vintage styled things.
This ornament started with the plastic, vintage styled Santa I found in a flea market/antique store. I chose to display the santa figurine on a wood ornament form. Before adding Santa, I painted the border and then added rose gold metallic wax. I used a print of vintage wall paper as background on the front and a print of a vintage Christmas card on the back. The final touches were to line the interior with "pearl" acrylic "gemstones," and add Santa.
This ornament will show as well on your tree as it will on an ornament hanger.
